InfoGates for the Mobility Service

The InfoGates are located throughout the terminals and are available especially to PRM guests who need care. 

Locations

Terminal 1

  • Arrival B, at the meeting point, level 1
  • Check-in Hall B, between door 4 and 5, level 2
  • Check-in Hall C, next to door 7, level 2

 

Terminal 3

  • Check-in Hall J, between check-in zones 35 and 36, level 3
  • Check-in Hall G,  opposite check-in zone 41, level 2
  • Arrival, at the meeting point, level 1
  • Arrival, opposite door 7, level 1

In Terminal 3 PRM guests can also find the service point in the middle of the terminal on level 3.

Pick-Up Points for the Mobility Service

In addition, 8 Pick-Up Points, available to PRM guests, are located at selected hubs in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3.
