On the day of departure, PRM guests go to the airline's check-in counter, an InfoGate, a Pick-Up Point, or one
of the service points as usual.
The InfoGates are located at special locations in the terminals and are available especially to PRM passengers who need care. The employees at the InfoGate refer the PRM passengers to the care service.
