On Departure Day

On the day of departure, PRM guests go to the airline's check-in counter, an InfoGate or one

of the service points as usual.

 

The Infogates are located at special locations in the terminals and are available especially

to PRM guests who need care. The employees at the InfoGate refer the PRM guests to the care service.
